The Right Palm Coast Party Bus Rental for Your Budget
Daytonabeachpartybusrental.com is not a bus company. There's no fleet, no garage, no dispatch office in Palm Coast. It's a quote-comparison website — the kind that saves you from calling a dozen different companies, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up.
Instead, you fill out one form and get pricing and vehicle options from a network of transportation companies serving Palm Coast, Flagler County, and the broader Northeast Florida corridor in seconds.
That's the whole point. Rather than being locked into a single fleet, you get a wide range of vehicle types — party buses for 15 to 50 passengers, minibuses, full-size charter buses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos — so you can match the right vehicle to your actual headcount, itinerary, and budget. Whether your group is heading south on I-95 to Daytona Beach, north to St. Augustine, or crossing the state toward Orlando, the right bus is in the network.
Call 386-628-0196 or use the online quote tool — pricing takes about a minute.

Popular Palm Coast Bus Amenities Available
Not every Palm Coast group trip calls for the same vehicle. A 25-passenger party bus heading out for a bachelorette night typically comes equipped with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system. A Sprinter limo delivers a more intimate setup — premium leather seating, tinted windows, individual reading lights — ideal for wedding parties or small executive groups.
For larger groups making the run down I-95 to Daytona Beach or up A1A to St. Augustine, a charter bus adds onboard restrooms, undercarriage luggage storage, reclining seats, WiFi, and power outlets. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but comparing options side by side on Daytonabeachpartybusrental.com means you never have to guess what you're getting.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. Palm Coast Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Palm Coast party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, how long you need it, the date, and demand in the area. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus generally runs $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus lands closer to $300–$375 weekdays and $325–$425 on weekends.
Full-size charter buses typically run $200–$350 per hour regardless of the day, making them a strong value for large groups or longer hauls to Orlando or Jacksonville. A minibus can run as low as $200 per hour on weekdays, which makes it a practical choice for airport transfers or corporate shuttles.
Those are planning ranges — pricing for your specific date, route, and headcount comes back in about a minute when you call 386-628-0196 or use the online quote tool. Check the Palm Coast party bus prices page for more detail.

Compare Palm Coast Party Bus Prices Side by Side
The straightforward answer: you're not limited to one company's fleet. Daytonabeachpartybusrental.com pulls vehicle options from a network of transportation companies serving Palm Coast and Northeast Florida, so you can compare buses, sizes, and rates all in one place instead of hunting them down individually. That's the whole reason the site exists.
Palm Coast sits right on the A1A corridor between Daytona Beach to the south and St. Augustine to the north — both of which are major event destinations that can spike rideshare pricing and fill parking lots hours before showtime. A charter bus or party bus rental sidesteps all of that: one rate, one pickup, one drop-off, no parking scramble at the other end. Bike Week in Daytona each March turns US-1 into a crawl and pushes rideshare surge pricing through the roof.
Daytona 500 weekend in February fills every parking lot within miles of the Speedway by race morning. For those events especially, a pre-booked bus is the smarter call. Daytonabeachpartybusrental.com makes it easy to compare options before supply gets thin. Call 386-628-0196 any time — a free quote takes about a minute.
Group Transportation Services in Palm Coast
From Flagler Beach bonfires to NASCAR weekends at Daytona International Speedway, Daytonabeachpartybusrental.com helps Palm Coast groups find the right bus for every kind of trip. Here's a look at the most common occasions — and the local logistics that make a bus the smarter move.

Palm Coast Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Palm Coast sits roughly 30 miles north of Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) via I-95 South — typically a 35-minute drive without traffic, though US-1 through Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach can add significant time during peak travel periods or Bike Week. For larger groups flying in or out of DAB, coordinating multiple cars across the arrivals level wastes time that a single charter bus or minibus handles cleanly in one trip. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a longer haul — about 90 minutes south on I-95 to I-4 — but for groups of 20 or more, a charter bus to MCO costs far less per seat than splitting into SUVs or booking rideshares.
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) runs approximately 75 miles north. Read more at the Daytona Beach area airport transportation page or the DAB shuttle guide and the MCO shuttle guide. Call 386-628-0196 to price out your airport run.

Palm Coast Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Palm Coast bachelor and bachelorette groups almost always head in one of two directions: south to Daytona Beach for the beach bars and nightlife along Main Street and Atlantic Avenue, or north to St. Augustine for the historic district's rooftop bars and cocktail scene along St. George Street. Both are solid choices. Daytona's Main Street corridor — lined with bars from International Speedway Boulevard to the beachside — gets genuinely congested on weekend nights, and parking along the strip fills fast after 9pm.
A party bus from Palm Coast to Daytona puts the whole group together for the ride down, eliminates the parking hunt entirely, and means nobody's watching the clock at last call. St. Augustine's narrow downtown streets are actively unfriendly to large groups of cars — a minibus is a far better fit for hopping between venues on Hypolita Street and Aviles Street. Call 386-628-0196 to lock in your date before the weekend fills up.

Palm Coast Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A birthday group pickup in Palm Coast that rolls up in a party bus — LED lights running, sound system going — makes an impression before anyone even gets out of the vehicle. For Sweet 16s and quinceañeras, party buses seating 15 to 40 passengers are the standard choice. Flagler County venues like the Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa (200 Ocean Crest Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32137) and the Island Way club spaces along the Intracoastal are popular reception destinations — and coordinating arrivals across multiple families in separate cars is a headache a shuttle bus eliminates entirely.
For milestone adult birthdays heading to dinner in St. Augustine's historic district or a night out along Daytona's beachside, a Sprinter limo or 20-passenger party bus is a clean fit. Call 386-628-0196 — pricing comes back in about a minute, no account needed.

Palm Coast Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The closest major concert venues to Palm Coast are all a highway run away — and that's exactly when a Daytona Beach area concert bus rental makes the most sense. The Ocean Center in Daytona Beach (101 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118) hosts arena-scale touring acts and seats over 9,000. Parking around the Ocean Center is metered or lot-based along Atlantic Avenue, and post-show exits onto US-92 back toward I-95 can back up badly after a sellout.
A charter bus drops your group at the venue and handles the exit while everyone else is stuck in the lot queue. The Peabody Auditorium (600 Auditorium Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32118) draws a steady calendar of smaller touring acts and symphony performances. For stadium-level shows, a run down I-95 to Amalie Arena in Tampa or north to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville works well on a full-size charter bus.
Call 386-628-0196 to check availability for your show date.

Palm Coast Corporate Event Transportation
Palm Coast's position between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine makes it a common midpoint for corporate groups pulling teams from both directions — and a charter bus or minibus is the cleanest way to consolidate that travel. For conferences at the Daytona Beach Convention Center (101 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118) or team events at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, a minibus shuttle from Palm Coast hotels keeps your staff on one timeline instead of scattered across the I-95 on-ramp. If your company is hosting an offsite in St. Augustine — along King Street or at the World Golf Village area — a corporate charter bus from Palm Coast makes the 30-minute drive north straightforward.
Undercarriage storage means your team can bring presentation materials and gear without juggling rental car trunks. Call 386-628-0196 to discuss group rates for recurring corporate shuttles.

Palm Coast Private Event Transportation Services
Palm Coast's event calendar has a few dates that push transportation demand well beyond what rideshare can absorb. Daytona Bike Week — held each March across Daytona Beach and the surrounding region — draws over 500,000 riders and spectators, and US-1 through Flagler County becomes one of the busiest roads in Florida for a full week. Parking at Main Street Daytona and along the beachside becomes functionally impossible by midday, and rideshare surge pricing can hit 3–4x during evening hours.
A private charter bus from Palm Coast drops your group directly at the event and eliminates the parking problem entirely. The Daytona 500 in February generates a similar effect around Daytona International Speedway — Lot 5 and the infield fill before gates open, and groups without pre-purchased parking often end up walking 20 minutes from remote lots. A pre-booked bus is the one move that bypasses all of it.
Call 386-628-0196 well ahead of those dates — vehicles go fast.

Palm Coast Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Flagler Palm Coast High School and Matanzas High School both hold prom in the April–May window, which is the same peak booking period that covers the entire I-95 corridor from Daytona Beach to St. Augustine. Availability for party buses on prom weekend narrows fast — groups that wait until March to book frequently find that the vehicles they want are already claimed. For prom: book by January to lock in your vehicle and rate.
A Palm Coast prom party bus keeps the whole friend group together for photos, pickup, and the night itself — and gives parents one clean pickup point at the end of the evening instead of a coordination scramble across multiple neighborhoods. Call 386-628-0196 as early as your date is confirmed.

Palm Coast School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Flagler County school groups have a range of day-trip destinations within an easy bus ride of Palm Coast. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park (6400 N Oceanshore Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32137) sits just minutes from campus and offers structured environmental education programs — a minibus handles the short hop without the carpooling coordination. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park (999 Anastasia Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080) is about 25 miles north on A1A, a straightforward 40-minute run for a charter bus with overhead storage for backpacks and gear.
Daytona Beach destinations — the Museum of Arts and Sciences (352 S Nova Rd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114) and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse (4931 S Peninsula Dr, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127) — are both under 35 miles south on I-95. A charter bus for Palm Coast school groups keeps students together, keeps the itinerary on schedule, and eliminates the parent carpool entirely. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote.
Call 386-628-0196 to get started.

Palm Coast Sporting Event Transportation
NASCAR weekends at Daytona International Speedway (1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona, FL 32114) are the single biggest transportation challenge in the region — and Palm Coast groups feel it as much as anyone. The Daytona 500 in February and the Coke Zero Sugar 400 in August both sell out the Speedway's 101,500-seat grandstands, and traffic on I-95, US-92, and International Speedway Boulevard locks up for hours before green flag. Preferred infield parking fills before gates open, general lots can run $40–$75 per vehicle, and the walk from remote parking to the main grandstand gates is well over a mile.
A charter bus from Palm Coast to the Speedway drops your group at the pedestrian entry points on International Speedway Boulevard and handles the postgame exit while rideshare queues snake through the lots. The blog guide on renting a bus to Daytona International Speedway has the full breakdown. For Jacksonville Jaguars games at EverBank Stadium (1 EverBank Stadium Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32202), Palm Coast is about 75 miles north on I-95 — a comfortable charter bus run.
Call 386-628-0196 to price your game-day trip.

Palm Coast Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Palm Coast and Flagler County have a strong concentration of waterfront and golf course wedding venues spread across a 10–15 mile radius — which means guests arriving from Daytona Beach hotels to the south or St. Augustine accommodations to the north are almost always driving from different directions. A shuttle bus circuit that hits hotel blocks on both ends and drops guests at the venue entrance solves the coordination problem in one move. The Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa (200 Ocean Crest Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32137) is one of the most popular ceremony and reception venues in the area — its Ocean Course approach off A1A is narrow enough that a fleet of private cars creates a genuine parking and traffic bottleneck on busy Saturdays.
A minibus or charter bus shuttle staged at the venue eliminates that entirely. For the wedding party itself on the big day, a Sprinter limo or 14-passenger party bus rental makes the photography run between the venue, the beach, and the reception feel effortless. Call 386-628-0196 — the earlier you lock in your date, the more vehicle options you'll have.

Palm Coast Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The St. Johns County and Flagler County area doesn't have a Napa-scale wine trail, but it does have a growing collection of craft breweries and tasting rooms worth making a day of — especially when your group isn't watching the clock on who's driving. Flagler Beachfront Winery (1521 N Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136) sits right on A1A in Flagler Beach, about 10 miles south of Palm Coast — it's a genuine working winery with a good-sized tasting room and regular live music, and parking along Central Avenue is limited enough that a bus waiting nearby is a far cleaner arrangement than a row of personal vehicles. Continuing south, the Daytona Beach area adds Tomoka Brewing Co. (676 Mason Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32117) and Halifax Brewing Company (408 S Beach St, Daytona Beach, FL 32114) along the riverfront.
A winery tour bus from Palm Coast keeps the whole group together across every stop without anyone worrying about the drive home. Call 386-628-0196 to check availability for your tour date.

How much does a party bus cost in Palm Coast?
Palm Coast party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need it. As a planning reference, a 15-passenger party bus generally starts around $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A larger 40-passenger party bus runs closer to $300–$350 weekdays and $325–$500 on weekends.
Charter buses tend to run $200–$350 per hour for any day of the week. Your quote for your exact date and itinerary comes back fast — call 386-628-0196 or fill out the form and you'll have a number in about a minute. See the full party bus pricing page for more planning ranges.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Palm Coast?
For most events, booking 4–8 weeks out gives you solid availability and pricing. For Daytona Bike Week (March), the Daytona 500 (February), prom season (April–May), and any major holiday weekend, book 3–6 months out. Those events drive regional demand across the I-95 corridor, and vehicles in the Palm Coast–Daytona–St. Augustine network book out fast.
The earlier you call, the more options you have. Call 386-628-0196 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Can a charter bus travel from Palm Coast to Orlando?
Yes — and it's one of the more practical routes in the network. Orlando is roughly 100 miles south of Palm Coast via I-95 South to I-4 West, typically about 1.5–2 hours depending on traffic around Daytona Beach and the I-4 interchange. A full-size charter bus with onboard restrooms makes that run comfortable for groups of 40 or more heading to theme parks, convention centers, or Orlando International Airport.
The MCO shuttle guide covers the airport logistics in detail.
Is there a bus that can take my group to Daytona International Speedway from Palm Coast?
Absolutely. Daytona International Speedway is about 30 miles south of Palm Coast on I-95 — roughly a 35-minute run in normal traffic, longer on race day when International Speedway Boulevard backs up for miles in both directions. A charter bus drops your group at the pedestrian entrance on International Speedway Boulevard while other fans are still sitting in the lot queue.
The Speedway bus rental guide covers exactly where buses stage and how the approach works on race weekend. Call 386-628-0196 to price out your race day trip.
What's the best vehicle size for a Palm Coast bachelorette party?
Most bachelorette groups in Palm Coast run 10–25 people, which puts a 20-passenger party bus or 25-passenger party bus in the right range. If your group is smaller — say 8–12 — a 14-passenger Sprinter limo gives you the amenity package (premium leather, tinted windows) without paying for seats you won't fill. For groups over 30, a 30-passenger party bus keeps everyone together.
Call 386-628-0196 and describe your headcount — you'll have options priced out in about a minute.
Can I get a bus from Palm Coast to St. Augustine?
Yes. St. Augustine is approximately 30 miles north of Palm Coast via I-95 North or A1A — about a 30–40 minute drive. A minibus works well for smaller corporate or wedding groups making the run to the historic district.
For larger groups hitting multiple stops along St. George Street and the bayfront, a charter bus or party bus handles the full headcount in one vehicle. Parking in St. Augustine's downtown core is genuinely limited, especially on weekend evenings, so arriving by bus and staging nearby is a practical advantage over splitting into multiple cars. Call 386-628-0196 to price your St. Augustine trip.
Popular Palm Coast Party Bus Destinations
Palm Coast sits at the center of some of Northeast Florida's most visited destinations — all of them reachable by highway in under 90 minutes. Here's what to know about the logistics at each one before your group heads out.

Daytona International Speedway
Daytona International Speedway (1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona, FL 32114) holds 101,500 fans and is the site of the Daytona 500 each February and the Coke Zero Sugar 400 in August. On race day, US-92 (International Speedway Boulevard) and the I-95 approaches lock up for hours before green flag — it's one of the most congested stretches of road in Florida during those windows. General parking runs $40–$75 per vehicle, preferred infield lots fill before gates open, and the walk from the outermost general lots to the grandstand is well over a mile.
A charter bus from Palm Coast drops your group at the pedestrian entry points on International Speedway Boulevard and handles the post-race exit. See the full logistics breakdown in the Speedway bus rental guide. Phone: (386) 253-7223

Flagler Beachfront Winery
Flagler Beachfront Winery (1521 N Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136) is a working winery located directly on A1A in Flagler Beach, about 10 miles south of Palm Coast. It produces estate wines on-site and offers a full tasting room with a covered patio, regular live music, and a food-friendly setup. Parking along Central Avenue in Flagler Beach is street-level and limited — on busy weekends, a bus staged nearby or in the public lot on South Daytona Avenue is a significantly smoother arrangement than a row of personal cars negotiating narrow beach-town streets.
For wine tour groups running multiple stops down toward Daytona, Flagler Beachfront Winery makes a natural first stop from Palm Coast. Call 386-628-0196 to price out a winery tour route. Phone: (386) 439-0311

Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa
Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa (200 Ocean Crest Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32137) is the anchor luxury resort in Flagler County, sitting on a stretch of oceanfront between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic. It hosts a significant volume of weddings, corporate retreats, and private events throughout the year. The Ocean Crest Drive approach off A1A is a single-lane resort road, and on busy Saturday wedding days, a column of individual guest cars creates bottlenecks at the guard gate and in the main parking structure.
A minibus shuttle running loops between the Palm Coast area hotel blocks and the resort entrance keeps guest arrivals organized and prevents the lot from filling past capacity. For conference groups, a charter bus with undercarriage storage handles the equipment and materials haul without requiring cargo vans. Call 386-628-0196 for corporate and wedding shuttle rates.
Phone: (386) 246-5500

Washington Oaks Gardens State Park
Washington Oaks Gardens State Park (6400 N Oceanshore Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32137) covers 425 acres along A1A in Flagler County, straddling both sides of the highway between the Matanzas River and the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanside section features a naturally coquina rock shoreline unlike anything else on the East Florida coast, and the formal gardens on the Matanzas River side offer a structured landscape setting popular for school groups, photography events, and small ceremonies. The main parking area off A1A has limited capacity — roughly 40–50 vehicles — and fills quickly during spring and fall weekends when the gardens are at their best.
A minibus or charter bus from Palm Coast drops the full group at the main entrance and stages in the overflow area, avoiding the parking scramble entirely. Admission is $5 per vehicle. Call 386-628-0196 to price a group trip.
Phone: (386) 446-6780

Ocean Center
Ocean Center (101 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118) is Daytona Beach's main arena and convention facility, with a 9,000-seat arena floor, an exhibition hall, and a ballroom complex that hosts touring concerts, trade shows, and motorsports-adjacent events year-round. It sits directly on Atlantic Avenue between the ocean and the Halifax River, which means event-night parking in the immediate area goes fast — the adjacent Ocean Center Parking Garage runs $10–$15 per event, and street parking along Atlantic Avenue and North Wild Olive Avenue fills within a few blocks by mid-evening. Post-show, the US-92 westbound on-ramp back toward I-95 backs up significantly after arena sellouts.
A charter bus from Palm Coast drops at the venue entrance on Atlantic Avenue and handles the exit while your group skips the on-ramp queue entirely. The Ocean Center bus rental guide covers the drop-off approach in detail. Phone: (386) 254-4500

St. Augustine Historic District
St. Augustine's historic downtown — anchored by St. George Street, the Castillo de San Marcos, and the bayfront along Avenida Menendez — is one of the most visited destinations in Florida, with roughly 7 million annual visitors. Parking in the historic district is a consistent pressure point: the Castillo de San Marcos lots off San Marco Avenue fill by mid-morning on peak weekends, metered street parking along the bayfront turns over quickly, and the St. Augustine Premium Outlets parking area on State Road 16 is a long walk from any downtown venue. Groups heading into the historic district for dinner along Hypolita Street, bar-hopping through the Cathedral Place corridor, or visiting Flagler College (74 King St, St. Augustine, FL 32084) are far better served arriving by minibus than navigating six separate cars through one-way historic streets.
A St. Augustine party bus or minibus stages near the visitor lot on Riberia Street while your group explores on foot. Phone (Visitor Information): (904) 825-1000
